Beth Coltman Memorial Tournament, April 21-22, 2007
Organized by Clayton Coltman, Beth's older sister, this tournament celebrates the life of Beth Coltman and the way in which she lived it.
By those who knew her, "she was a grand soul, full of full of energy and spirit." The theme of the tournament and one that aptly describes Beth is 'Layout for Life,' signifying how important it is to live life to its fullest, every day and not to be afraid to take chances -- because you never what could happen if those chances arise, and you don't take them.
Some Tournament Details: Partial proceeds will go to the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Delaware in her memory. There will be multiple opportunities to donate to the beautiful state park that hosts us every year.
Where: Cape Henlopen State Park, Lewes, DE (2hrs. from Philly/DC, 4 from NYC)
16 Coed, 12open, 8 women; 2 full days of Ultimate with usual H20, fruit, and lined fields

WOMENS TEAM FEE IS NOW $150 plus the $100 deposit.

Bids should include: $250 made out to Clayton Coltman, **$100 check for deposit which will be returned after tourney if team follows the rules of the state park and the TD**, contact name, phone number and email, team name, division (open, coed, women) and the answer to the following question:
What does the phrase "Layout for Life" mean to you ?...if you answered this last year you do not need to answer it again unless your teammates feel inspired.

As is tradition, these teams have earned automatic #1 seeds for 2007. In addition, all past champions will have their team names engraved on "Beth's Trophy".

2007 Plans: This year teams will enjoy the usual well run tournament as well as: lined fields, good competition, fruit/h20, 1/4 mile from beach, camp site with showers, disc golf course across the street from fields, 100's of restaurants, bars, and outlets in the local beach community.
Ultimate gear and team vending, food vending, charity tent, speaker system w/ music/announcements and raffles. We will have a First Aid Station as well as a massage tent on both days again this year.
There will also be a party at Dog FishHead Brewery again !!
